What is the difference between the site-build fee and the monthly subscription for my website?
The site‑build fee covers the creation of a fully owned website. The monthly subscription pays for ongoing management, support, and maintenance—ensuring the site stays functional, secure, and up‑to‑date under our care.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 1‑month notice and final payment before cancellation so we have enough time to transfer any active subscriptions or add‑ons to you smoothly and without interruption.
What happens if I want to cancel my website subscription?
The website belongs to you. Once it’s built, ownership is transferred to your account, so you’re free to manage it yourself or appoint someone else to do so.
